This error occurs because your PAN is already linked to another mobile number registered with PayZapp. As per our policy, a single PAN cannot be linked to multiple PayZapp accounts.


What You Can Do:

✔️ Log in with your existing PayZapp account linked to the PAN where KYC has been completed.

✔️ If you wish to continue using PayZapp with this number, you may skip KYC for now. However, please note that without KYC:

A Zapp Account will not be issued to this account. You can still use PayZapp for transactions that do not require a Zapp Account.
