The three different types of KYC on PayZapp are listed below:

 1. Basic KYC

 2. Bank-based full KYC

 If you have a HDFC Bank account/card, you can select bank-based KYC.

To enjoy complete features of PayZapp, it’s mandatory to complete either Basic KYC or Aadhaar-based KYC.

 To complete Basic KYC:

 1. Enter your PAN number.

 2. Click Verify PAN.

 3. Wait until PayZapp retrieves your details.

 4. Click Yes, Proceed if the details are correct or click Go Back to re-enter the PAN number.

 5. Upon verification, your Basic KYC will be completed.
